On Tuesday, Reception visited The Postal Museum for a day of excitement, discovery, and learning. We started off our trip with an interactive maths workshop, where the girl collected, sorted, and delivered parcels, using their maths skills to solve problems and complete the list of post tasks.
After lunch, the girls enjoyed playing at the Sorted! play area, where they could engage in imaginative play and explore the different roles of the postal workers. The highlight of the day, however, had to be the ride on the Mail Rail, a unique underground railway that once transported mail beneath the streets of London.
The girls certainly gave the trip their stamp of approval and behaved beautifully. A huge thank you to all the adults who came with us and made the trip such a success.
