This week in RE, Year 6 have been discussing the idea that there are some questions, that as human beings, we have to be comfortable not knowing the answers to. We discovered that sitting in that uncertainty can feel strange, but that talking about it helped.

In our lesson on Thursday, we wrote poems about what we thought our souls might look like. Below, is Daisy’s…

My Soul

My soul is transparent, visible to no-one else
My soul is home, up in my art room, alone
My soul is the breeze, on its own path
My soul is everyday with my family.
My soul is nighttime, peaceful and quiet
My soul is a dog playing in the park
My soul is a blossom tree, leaving everyone in awe.
My soul is happiness, a smile.
