On Wednesday, the girls from Year 2-6 celebrated National Fitness Day by taking part in the 10 minutes @ 10am initiative, including dance fitness. This was very much enjoyed by all and we now look forward to using the dance resources, shared by Darcey Bussell, and DDMIX over the coming weeks.

Early morning running club also used National Fitness Day to prepare for the upcoming Westminster Mile. The girls completed timed runs around the track. The girls would like to encourage the rest of the school to run for 10-20 minutes (with stopping if needed) at a pace where the runners are able to maintain a conversation.
