This week, Year 1 has been immersed in a magical world of fairies! Inspired by the book character Silky the Fairy and their exploration of ‘The Magic Faraway Tree’, the girls wrote their very own invitations to a fairy tea party, ensuring they included all the key features: address, time, and place.
On Wednesday, the fairy tea party came to life! The girls enjoyed making and decorating fairy crowns to wear for the occasion. The classrooms were then transformed into fairy forests and the air was filled with excitement and wonder as the girls shared delicious fairy treats, including fairy bread, cupcakes, fruit, and juice. What a magical week it has been for Year 1!
